Project Manager
The Project Manager role is a key function within our business. The PM will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of client solutions.

Job Purpose
Manages the delivery of Foedus solutions by managing all phases of the project life cycle; leading an internal team of Account Managers and Engineers; coordinating partners; reporting results.
Duties
- Accomplishes project objectives by implementing the Foedus engagement methodology for service delivery.
- Achieves project operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Monitors project financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; up-to-date statements of work and invoicing.
- Maintains information system by developing and enforcing documentation requirements; enforcing change control. Maintain all portions of Information systems relevant to the project including project plan development.
- Protects organization's assets by designing and enforcing security policies; keeping analytical information confidential. Works closely with Foedus' technical resources.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Skills/Qualifications:
Technical Management, IT Service Delivery Process, Network Integration, Solutions Consulting; Documentation, Planning, , Project Management, Foster Teamwork, Vendor Relationships, Problem Solving, Team Work and Team Coordination
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or related discipline. Prior experience in a Project Manager role is a real advantage.
Special Requirements/Certifications
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills required. The ability to communicate project status both internally and to the customer is essential. The ability to formulate and present a comprehensive project plan and execute against that plan is required. Ability to work successfully in a strong team oriented culture.
Certifications: PMP designation a real plus.
