Michael Reilly | Founder, President, CEO

Mike Reilly founded Foedus in October 2003, recognizing an opportunity to create a company focused on helping corporations evaluate and integrate emerging information technologies. Foedus offers a unique combination of consulting talent and implementation expertise, ensuring its customers attain a measurable return on IT investments.

As President and CEO, Reilly leads the company's business development operations-including business alliances, sales and marketing. In this role he is instrumental in the development of solutions that increase clients IT efficiencies as well as the building of alliance relationships and elevating corporate brand recognition and revenues.

Prior to founding Foedus, Reilly was responsible for building a service division for a New England-based VAR. Building the new organization from scratch, he established a business model that leveraged a combination of internal and partnered resources to deliver cost-effective IT solutions. In four short years, Reilly helped build the division into a $20 million-per-year business unit.

Reilly's entrance to the IT solutions world came at Avalon Solutions, where he served as business development manager for the New Hampshire-based company. Prior to that, he spent eight years helping guide his family's successful outdoor sports and apparel business.
