Dale Lahue | Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Dale Lahue is Chief Technology Officer for Foedus. He possesses more than 12 years of experience that include designing and delivering infrastructure virtualization solutions which enable server consolidation, application high-availability, disaster recovery and streamlined testing and quality assurance environments.

Lahue is responsible for helping clients understand and implement the benefits of virtualization in all its forms. He provides training and VMware ESX implementation services and technical troubleshooting to clients across a broad spectrum of vertical markets including hospitals, health care organizations, financial institutions and manufacturing firms.

Adept at crafting virtual deployment methodologies and building virtual datacenters, Lahue is a certified Internet systems architect. He holds certifications from VMware, Citrix, Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks. He possesses extensive background in WAN/LAN design and troubleshooting, IP routing, VPNs, broadband and narrowband wireless, DSL and cable, point-to-point synchronous and asynchronous, Ethernet, FDDI, Token Ring, fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and Active Directory solutions.

Prior to Foedus, Lahue worked at a New England based VAR, where he served as the solutions architect team lead, spearheaded the design and implementation of multi-site frame relays and dial-backups, fully redundant LAN/WAN infrastructures, and high-availability multi-VLAN multi-site networks. He also implemented router, firewall, VPN and multi-homed BGP Internet solutions and performed MetaFrame deployments, built windows 2000 and 2003 AD domains, designed and optimized corporate data and IP telephony networks, conducted network baselines, and directed and delivered related in-house and client training programs.

Earlier in his career, Lahue served as a Systems Engineer for both Cisco and RPM Consulting, as a Senior Network Support Engineer for Bay Networks, and as a Network Design Engineer for Cabletron Systems.
